Hey, Im going to blog again tomorrow but yes I have had 2 nights cooking so far.
The first was chile last week which was actually not bad. And then last sunday after our crazy river walk I cooked Bangers and Mash and Beans. Im down to cook tomorrow as well!!
The Swazi food is lovely. We have these bean stews that are all thick and really tasty and then she does another stew, and then this cabbage stuff and mealie pap! mmmmm
The Kombis are funny but everyone is so relaxed and nice that you dont really mind. They call it Africa Time which means that noone really is in a rush to get anywhere!
